Facilities and Operations Safety and Compliance Recognizes Employees for Exemplary Safety Practices

Columbia University Facilities and Operations Safety and Compliance held its second annual Safety Excellence Awards Ceremony at the Morningside campus on November 21, 2019 and at the Manhattanville campus on November 26, 2019, recognizing employees within Facilities and Operations for demonstrating exceptional workplace safety.

Awards were granted to 13 individuals in the categories of proactive safety, safety engagement, safety leadership, and safe work. To be honored, team members had to be nominated by a supervisor or a member of Facilities and Operations Safety and Compliance.
