Renovations at 44 Morningside Drive, involved complete interior renovations and the addition of a new elevator.

DESIGN FEATURES & SUSTAINABLE ELEMENTS:

• Replacement of the exterior roofing
• Restoration of the building's facade and parapets
• A new cornice

PROGRAM: 31 apartments for faculty and graduate students

LOCATION: southeast corner of 115th Street and Morningside Drive
