About the Project
Columbia University is fitting out the sixth floor of the University-owned Studebaker Building for office usage. In advance of fit out, Columbia undertook abatement and demolition work. The floor is vacant and measures approximately 35,000 gross square feet.

Construction commenced in mid-November 2014 and is scheduled to be completed in late June 2015.
